"Life Changing"

I went to Kayleigh about a month ago after struggling with sleep for way too long. My 1-year-old had never slept through the night, and my 3-year-old was getting up 3-4 times a night trying to get into my bed. “Tired” was an understatement — I knew something had to change.
I was recommended to Kayleigh, and honestly… it’s been life-changing. Over the last 3 weeks, my 1-year-old has started sleeping right through the night! He might stir occasionally for comfort or his dummy, but we’ve said goodbye to night-time bottles and co-sleeping!
My 3-year-old is still a work in progress, but he now only wakes once (if at all), and last night he slept all the way through until 6:45am! He used to wake at 4:30/5am since we stopped co-sleeping, so this is a huge win.

I was lucky enough to receive help from Kayleigh to aid my daughters sleep routine.
The advice I had been given previously was disheartening and encouraged me to give up on the idea of my daughter sleeping through the night until she stopped breastfeeding! However Kayleigh supported me to make changes week by week that worked in with my eldest child’s routine too. Before I knew it my daughter was sleeping through the night and I was still able to feed her before and after her sleep while getting a full nights rest!
We are now over 6 months past getting support and I have been able to continue to feed my daughter and she continues to sleep overnight! It has been truly life changing!

You can begin learning about healthy sleep foundations from birth, but most structured sleep coaching is best suited for babies around 4–6 months and older. At this stage, babies begin to develop more predictable sleep patterns, making it easier to establish gentle routines that stick.
Each program starts with a detailed assessment of your baby’s current sleep habits and your family’s goals. From there, we design a personalized sleep plan and provide step-by-step guidance as you put it into practice. You’ll also receive ongoing support, so you never feel like you’re navigating the process alone.
Yes! Families can choose between in-person or virtual support. Virtual consultations are a great option if you live further away or prefer the comfort of working together from home. The level of support and results are just as effective either way.
Absolutely not. A strong bond with your baby is always the top priority. The approaches we use are gentle and responsive, which means you can continue to comfort, connect, and nurture your baby while also helping them learn healthy sleep habits. In fact, when everyone is more rested, it often strengthens the bond between parent and child.
That’s completely normal. Many babies still require night feeds depending on their age, development, and nutritional needs. We’ll work with you to create a sleep plan that respects those feeds while still encouraging longer stretches of sleep and smoother transitions back to sleep afterward.
